Voice AI Phone Agents: Paid User Interview

Paid research interview for voice AI phone agent users

We’re running a research project on how people use voice AI tools to handle business phone calls, and we’re looking for experienced users to share their perspective. You’ll take part in a 1:1 video interview of about 45 minutes and be paid $100 for your time.

What we’ll talk about

• How you use AI voice tools (e.g., to answer calls, book appointments, or qualify leads and customer inquiries)
• Your first impressions and what you value most in these tools
• How the tools you use compare with the alternatives
• Any concerns or hesitations, and what would make you adopt a new tool

Who we’re looking for

• You use AI phone agents regularly, at least a few times a week
• You have personally used the specific tool we’re researching and can speak about it from direct experience
• You’re available for a 45-minute session within the next two weeks

What to expect

• A short screening questionnaire to confirm the study is a good fit
• If you move forward, an interview to share your experience and feedback
• Sessions are recorded and transcribed, and the findings are shared with the organization commissioning the research
