Hiring AI trainers: FAQ

How much do AI trainers cost?
It depends on the expertise. Across 1,504 open roles that state an hourly rate, the median top rate offered to experts is $75/hr, highest in law & compliance ($120/hr) and medicine & health ($100/hr). What a platform bills a company on top of that is set by each platform.
Do you charge for introductions?
No. You pay nothing to us. Some platforms may pay us a referral fee when a company we introduce becomes their client; that never decides which platform we suggest, and we tell you which ones pay us before we introduce you.
Are you a staffing agency?
No. We don’t employ, manage or pay anyone. We know the 14 platforms that staff this work (we’ve joined and been through each one’s screening ourselves) and who hires which experts. You contract with the platform you choose.
Can you find experts in a specific language or country?
Usually. Open roles on these platforms ask for 52 languages and name 82 countries. Tell us the language, country and credential you need, and we’ll point you to the platforms already recruiting those people.
