About the role
AI models learn from people who can tell a good answer from a bad one. As a generalist AI trainer you’ll work on everyday topics, the questions real people ask a chatbot, and help make the answers more accurate, clearer and more useful.
What you’ll do
- Read AI answers and rate them for accuracy, helpfulness and tone, following written guidelines.
- Compare two or more answers to the same question and explain which is better and why.
- Write questions, and model answers, that test what an AI gets wrong.
- Fact-check claims against reliable sources and flag anything unsafe or made up.
Who we’re looking for
- Excellent written English. Other languages are a plus; tell us which.
- Careful, detail-minded and comfortable following detailed guidelines.
- A degree helps but isn’t required. A strong background in any field counts.
- A computer and a reliable internet connection. Any country.
