micro1 is engaging German Bilingual Experts to contribute to a unique customer project focused on advancing artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work
- Listen to audio clips in German and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
- Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
- Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
- Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
- Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in German language understanding and generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong command of written and spoken communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.
- Proven experience with editorial, proofreading, or content review assignments in German.
- Familiarity with digital tools for documentation, collaboration, and content management.
- Ability to articulate complex language concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and commitment to linguistic quality.
- Previous participation in technology, AI, or data-driven projects is a plus, but not required.
