Nurse Practitioner Expert

Pay: $103/hour

Board certified nurse practitioners to build the clinical scenarios frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring board certified nurse practitioners as contractors to author and grade the clinical scenarios those evaluations run on.

What you'll actually do

• Author realistic patient scenarios from presentation through disposition
• Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each decision
• Grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety
• Flag plans that read plausibly but would harm the patient

Who this is for

• Active NP license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 2+ years of clinical practice after certification
• Depth in your specialty: family, acute care, psych, or adult gerontology
• You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another clinician to follow it

Contract and pay

• $80 to $125/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
• Remote and async. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.
• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.
