PointClickCare & MatrixCare Integrations: Paid Engineer Interview
About the role
From Ethos’s listing.
We’d like to speak with engineers and technical staff who have worked on connecting third-party software to long-term care EHRs, mainly PointClickCare and MatrixCare, to learn how these integrations work in practice.
What we’d like to understand:
- How third-party tools, such as AI documentation or scribe products, connect to the EHR, including routes outside the EHR’s official partner marketplace (for example facility-sponsored API access, HL7/FHIR or document import, or client-side connectors)
- Whether the integration only reads data or also writes back, and where written data ends up in the EHR
- What happens automatically and what still needs a manual step from facility staff
- What a facility typically needs to request, approve or sign to enable the connection
Ideal: current or former engineers, integration or solutions engineers, or technical product managers at US vendors who built or maintained an integration with PointClickCare or MatrixCare. Junior and mid-level engineers are very welcome.
We’re only interested in how these integrations work and what is offered in general terms, not anything confidential to your current or former employer.
Format: 30 to 45 minute video interview, $200 per interview.
