Start with what you know.

AI labs pay for judgment they can’t get from the internet: a doctor spotting a wrong diagnosis, a native speaker hearing an unnatural sentence. Pick your field to see who is hiring for it and what they pay.

I don’t just list jobs. I tell you what they really pay.

Hourly only when it’s pay for time worked. “Up to” when that’s all the platform says. Per-audio pay labelled per-audio. And when a listing doesn’t say who can apply, I say that too, instead of calling it worldwide.

How it works

What actually happens between “apply” and getting paid.

Steps
Step 01 : Pick two or three platforms

Use your field and country above. The “where to apply first” row shows which platforms hire most for you.

Step 02 : Pass the screen

Most use an AI interview or a skills test in your field. Treat it like a real interview. It decides everything.

Step 03 : Get matched, then paid

Work comes in projects. You’re paid for hours worked or per task, as a contractor. Projects end; good ratings get you the next one.

I only list platforms I can refer you to, so every apply button is a referral link, always disclosed. That’s how this site pays for itself. Compare them side by side.

FAQ

What to know before you apply anywhere.

Are AI training jobs legit?
The platforms here are real companies that pay contractors to train and test AI models. The scams are elsewhere: anyone asking you to pay for training, a “starter kit” or a guaranteed placement is not a real AI training job. No platform on this site charges you to apply.
How much do they actually pay?
Across 1,226 listings that state an hourly rate, the median top of the range is $79/hr. One in ten tops out at $25/hr or less, and one in ten at $130/hr or more. Most platforms post “up to” numbers, so plan around the lower end until you see your first project rate.
Do I need a degree or special experience?
For most of the higher-paying roles, yes: they want real practice in medicine, law, finance, engineering or research. But 293 open listings are marked beginner-friendly: evaluators, raters, voice and language work. Use the Beginner-friendly filter.
Can I apply from outside the US?
Often. 447 listings name the countries they accept or say worldwide, and the country filter uses exactly that. The rest only say “Remote”, which doesn’t mean worldwide, so check on the platform before you spend time on an application.
Is this a full-time job?
No. It’s contract work in projects. Some weeks are busy, some are empty, and projects end without much notice. It’s a strong side income and, for some experts, close to full-time pay, but don’t quit anything on the strength of one acceptance.
How does this site make money?
Every apply button is my referral link. If you’re hired, the platform may pay me a reward. It costs you nothing and doesn’t change your pay. Jobs are sorted by date or pay, never by what I earn. Full disclosure.
